A truly tranquil setting, Creekside Commons is located just east of Reese Park, a 30-acre nature preserve and the cornerstone of the Wappinger Greenway Trail. Before building Creekside Commons, we did our homework. We listened to what tenants really wanted in a rental community – and we built exactly that.

Guided by this mindset, in creating Creekside Commons, we decided to take a more value-oriented approach. We opted not to include some of the more elaborate amenities many communities like to showcase and offer, but that research told us, most tenants rarely ever use and enjoy. We chose to focus, instead, on offering those features and amenities that add real value and enhance your day-to-day living.
